Job Title: Warranty & Vehicle Repair Specialist

The Alto Group is a family-owned and operated organization with a rich history of serving the motoring needs of the local community for over 60 years.

We are seeking an experienced Warranty & Vehicle Repair Specialist to join our team at our multi-franchised dealership in Pennant Hills, representing our European and Japanese Brands.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all warranty claims relating to the service and repair of vehicles are processed with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and complete warranty claims, adhering to guidelines set by the manufacturer and the Alto Group within required timelines.
  • Keep valid, current, and legible records of all claims submitted.
  • Maintain warranty storage of return parts and return all parts requested.
  • Utilize technical mechanical knowledge and experience to advise and manage motor vehicle warranty and service activities for the Alto Group.
  • Prepare warranty claims, journals, and reconciliation summaries in accordance with strict individual manufacturer supplier requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a Warranty Specialist role.
  • At least five (5) years of relevant motor industry experience.
  • Experience with European brands.
  • Technical motor vehicle repair and parts knowledge would be well regarded.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Operate with a high level of integrity.
  • Work in a team environment with a “Can Do” attitude.
What We Offer:
  • Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
