We are seeking a skilled Project Director to join Watters Electrical. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in the construction industry and 5 years of project management experience.

Job Summary:

  • Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting from start through to completion.
  • Negotiate with suppliers during procurement.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive project commissioning plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the operations manager to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Assist with business development, estimating, and vendor relations.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, and legislation in relation to area of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Current driver's license.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or business management.

Salary:$90,000 - $120,000 per year.
