We are seeking an experienced professional to join our mental health services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-standard clinical care and working in partnership with healthcare professionals to assess and provide evidence-based treatment.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Care Provision: Providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, medical officers, and other healthcare professionals
- Workload Management: Prioritizing and managing workload demands to ensure efficient delivery of services
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in social work, eligibility to the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), and experience working in mental health and aged care. They will also have highly developed social work assessment and counseling skills, as well as effective written and verbal communication skills.
