We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Graduate. In this role, you will play a key part in helping our clients navigate complex risk and compliance challenges.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills, and gain valuable experience in risk management and compliance. About the Role:

  • Support clients with risk transformation and change, helping them uplift risk frameworks, assess and improve controls, strengthen governance and embed clearer accountability.
  • Deliver independent reviews and advisory projects across operational, reputational and conduct risk, including assessments of third-party risk, resilience, culture and governance to identify issues and deliver practical solutions.
  • Help clients modernise how they manage risk and obligations, supporting the implementation of risk technologies, building dashboards, and improving data insights to enable better decision-making, prioritisation and investment decisions.
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews with senior stakeholders to understand real-world challenges.
  • Prepare draft reports, presentations and visual materials that clearly communicate risks, issues, and solutions, contributing to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing and team development as part of a growing practice.
  • Assist senior professionals in developing proposal packs and pitch presentations, contributing to the development of service offerings, and gaining firsthand experience in business development through active involvement in client engagement strategies.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Assisting in the development of risk management policies and procedures.
  • Conducting risk assessments and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
