The position of Security Program Manager will oversee the security system installations and manage on-site operational physical security for multiple data center facilities across APAC. The role is focused on identifying and addressing gaps, inefficiencies, and vulnerabilities within the overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct an analysis of existing security operations to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and mitigating risks.
  • Lead regional security build projects and standardization initiatives.
  • Evaluate and address security situations, make decisions under pressure, and develop action plans.
  • Establish key performance metrics to monitor and improve the security posture.
  • Collaborate with security service providers to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Investigate site incidents, analyze root causes, and produce detailed reports.
  • Provide training on security procedures and protocols for data center employees and contractors.
  • Facilitate security operations and oversee project execution across international locations.
