Are you passionate about teaching and inspiring the next generation of swimmers?
We are seeking an experienced Swimming Teacher to join our team at a state-of-the-art aquatic facility.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to deliver effective swimming and water safety programs to people of all ages and abilities.
As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering engaging swimming lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and needs;
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for participants;
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives;
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in swimming instruction and safety.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current AustSwim Certificate - Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety;
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate;
- A Blue card;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
