Key Console Operator Role

This is a vital position in our retail operations, responsible for managing the store and delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be highly organised and self-motivated.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Console Operator to join our team on a part-time and casual basis. This role involves operating a retail cash till, managing stock, preparing food items, serving coffee, cleaning and maintaining the store area, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Operating a retail cash till with accuracy
  • Managing store stock and recording sales
  • Preparing and presenting food items
  • Preparing and serving barista coffee
  • Cleaning and dishwashing
  • Maintaining store and driveway areas
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Working autonomously during night shifts

Requirements:

  • Current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment
  • Own or have regular access to a car
  • Available to work public holidays
