Our business requires experts with advanced knowledge of security measures to protect our systems and data from potential threats. This position involves risk assessments, threat analysis, and development of security policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in our systems
  • Analyse and report on security issues, suggesting improvements to technical and governance controls
  • Develop accurate categorisations of threats, threat actors, and vulnerabilities through thorough security threat and risk assessments
  • Create effective security policies, procedures, and plans to ensure robust governance
  • Collaborate with peers across the business to enhance value, build professional networks, and share experiences
  • Understand the context of business and information risks for our clients, including typical drivers, cyber security threats, and implementation challenges
  • Evaluate risk at a technical and business process level and articulate findings clearly to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls
  • Assess the business impact associated with systems or processes through document review or structured questionnaires
  • Support interviews or investigations, including on-site visits and stakeholder workshops
  • Communicate effectively with clients to assist them in managing cyber security risk
  • Familiarity with information security standards, such as ISM and 27001
  • Familiarity with information security frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework
    • Possession of relevant industry certifications, such as SANS ICS515, CISA, CRISC, GICSP, or CompTIA Security + (or demonstrate progress towards achieving)
    • A national security clearance or willingness to obtain one
