Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care and support to residents, including personal care, domestic assistance and transport.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes for residents.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:


  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent (or working towards same).
  • Organised, reliable and accountable for your work within scope of practice.
  • Ability to perform confidently without direct supervision.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Current unrestricted drivers license.
