Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the design and development efforts to deliver major and minor roadmap items, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
  • Drive the implementation of technical solutions, overseeing regular releases and environment upgrades to minimize disruption to services.
  • Architect and refine solutions for major and minor roadmap and backlog items, producing detailed documentation and work breakdown structures for accurate estimation.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and helping junior developers grow their technical skills and professional capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in.NET development.
  • Strong leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering results.
  • Proficiency in Frontend JavaScript and Microsoft Azure.
