Retail Store Manager Position in Hills District

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in the Hills District. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our retail store team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales growth and enhance the shopping experience
- Maintain a high level of stock loss control and optimize inventory levels
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and staff productivity
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Strong visual merchandising skills and knowledge of current retail trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary package up to $62,000 per annum, plus bonus earnings potential of up to $7,000 per year. You will also receive:
