Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Kids Academy Phillip. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in fostering the growth and development of young minds, working closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality education and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the latest research and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

About You
  • You hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent
  • You have a current Working with Children's Check
