Medical Director Opportunity in a 460-Bed Health Service

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our multidisciplinary clinical team. The successful candidate will provide medical services to patients and play a key role in promoting quality and safety within the organization.
About the RoleThe Medical Director will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to doctors in training, as well as supervising other health workers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Physician-Staft Specialist to take on a senior leadership role and make a meaningful contribution to the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide medical services to patients and lead the multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Promote quality and safety within the organization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to doctors in training.
- Supervise other health workers.
- Hold the FRACP and be registered as a Specialist with AHPRA.
- Have experience working as a General Physician-Staft Specialist.
This 460-bed health service offers a unique blend of suburban atmosphere and access to beautiful beaches, waterfront areas, and outdoor activities. The location is approximately 40 kilometers southeast of Melbourne.
