Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate caregiving professional to join our team at Regis Greenbank. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional care outcomes and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead exceptional care outcomes through coordination and delivery of person-centered care.
- Oversight of the resident's care across the day, identifying changes in preference, needs, or wellbeing, and prompt escalation for support.
- Seeing the resident as an individual, prompting choice and independence, with support provided as needed.
- Develop comprehensive care plans, conduct thorough assessments of needs and preferences, and implement appropriate care strategies.
- Manage and safely administer medications following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including admission assessments, care plans, interventions, and progress notes.
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree or recognised equivalent qualification.
- Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
- Experience and new graduates welcome to apply.
- Must be flexible to work across all three shifts.
