Job Description

As a Junior Vehicle Repair Specialist, you will be working closely with our Senior Vehicle Repair Specialist to advise on repair methods for vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to review vehicle inspection reports and recommend the right repair methods and costs.

You will work closely with the inspection crew to build accurate work orders using our in-house systems. Effective communication is key in this role as you will need to communicate with repair teams to ensure that everyone is on the same page and repairs are carried out as planned.

You will also be responsible for tracking repair costs, labour time, and ensuring that everything stays within budget. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in vehicle repairs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid experience in vehicle repairs, including panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics.
  • Ability to use technology, particularly MacBooks, and adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Organised and calm under pressure, with the ability to juggle tasks when things move fast or plans change.
  • A sharp eye for detail and pride in high-quality work.
  • Clear communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid NSW driver's licence.
