About the Role
The successful candidate will join Marble's team as a Civil Supervisor or Leading Hand, collaborating closely with other supervisors to ensure projects are delivered safely and on schedule. This exciting opportunity requires travel to various sites across Southeast Queensland, offering an ideal chance for a senior professional to take the lead in delivering successful projects.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Civil Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing mobile plant earthworks employees and sub-contractors, supervising civil works as required, ensuring safe productivity and meeting daily targets, monitoring quality, identifying and solving construction issues, and maintaining high safety standards at all times.
About You
To succeed in this challenging role, you should have significant experience in similar positions, with expertise in running and delivering multiple civil projects simultaneously. A valid C-class driver's license, construction white card, and relevant formal education are also essential requirements.
