About the Role

As a System Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our people systems and technologies.

  • Ensure accurate and timely system delivery for the organization.
  • Provide technical support for people systems and technologies, prioritizing issues for first point resolution, escalating complex queries where necessary.
  • Analyze current processes and practices to recommend solutions that enhance user experience and deliver services efficiently.
Your Skills and Experience
  • A degree with relevant experience or extensive experience with specialist knowledge; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Experience in configuring and developing people systems or technologies such as PeopleSoft and PageUp.
  • Expertise in working with complex people systems.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
