About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager or Senior Manager to lead end-to-end projects in financial and vendor due diligence, pre-lending reviews, capital markets, and IPOs, as well as sales and purchase agreement support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS and expanding your network to help address client needs.
  • OVERSEEING daily client engagements and staff interactions across the firm.
  • WORKING WITH PARTNERS to develop and implement the practice's strategic direction, ensuring uniform processes and procedures.
  • DRIVING and mentoring our high-performing culture, delivering quality outcomes for clients and growth opportunities for junior colleagues.

You'll have:

  • A degree in accounting, management, commerce, business, or finance.
  • CA or CFA qualifications or similar.
  • Strong experience in transaction services, client advisory, business development, and engagement management.
  • Experience delivering high-quality outcomes while minimising risks.
  • Solid analytical and research skills.
  • Advanced report writing skills.
  • Project management and team leadership experience.
