Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Service Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with expertise in mechanical services and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • To work independently in both workshop and on-site environments, utilizing technical skills and problem-solving abilities to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • To adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance and quality excellence.
  • To promote and market our services, products, and business solutions, fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • To maintain accurate documentation in line with AS/NZS ISO 9001, ensuring seamless integration with our quality management system.
  • To assist fellow employees in a supportive manner, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness in the immediate area of your work, both in the workshop and on-site.
Requirements
  • Fitter and Turner, Fitter Machinist (Tradesmen or 4th Year Apprentice) qualifications are essential.
  • Able to travel and be away from home for extended periods, with a valid Australian Driver's License.
  • Holding a Construction (White) Card and ability to work shiftwork, weekends, and Public Holidays as required.
  • Able to work in remote locations, climb ladders up to 50 meters, and operate in confined spaces and at heights.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to work with minimal supervision and set priorities effectively.
  • Able to pass pre-employment medical and adapt to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in Oil and Gas, Mining, Power Generation, and Defense industries is highly valued.
