Regional Leadership Role

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving excellence and innovation across our regional service delivery areas. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children, youth, and families by leading high-quality services that meet their unique needs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong operational and managerial skills, with a deep understanding of the human service delivery system. You will have experience in leading large teams and managing complex portfolios, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of Child Protection, Out of Home Care, and relevant theoretical frameworks and evidence-based models relating to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading high-quality services against operational requirements and developing these services in line with the overall organization strategy.
- Maintaining high levels of emotional intelligence to lead with empathy and engaging stakeholders effectively.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes for vulnerable children, youth, and families.
What We Offer:
- A total salary package of $170,000 to $175,000.
