About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Veterinarian to join our Emergency and Critical Care team for a 12-month internship. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work directly with a Criticalist and be supported to provide high-level care to our most critical patients.
About Us
North Shore Veterinary Specialist and Emergency Centre is a purpose-built facility that provides leading specialist care 24/7, 365 days a year. Our fast-paced Emergency and Critical Care department is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a dedicated ICU, multiple mechanical ventilators, and a complete in-house laboratory.
The Opportunity
This internship is a unique opportunity for motivated Veterinarians with an interest in pursuing further ECC training or who intend to sit memberships. You will be guided to perform procedures and work with machines not commonly encountered in general practice. Through the course of the year, you will have the opportunity to participate in teaching through journal club and intern-specific lectures and book club.
