Nursing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team at The National Coalition Of Healthcare Recruiters. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization.

The Director of Nursing will provide administrative oversight of care administration, ensuring the development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of clinic operations align with regulations, accepted practice, and clinic policies and procedures.

• Provide personnel oversight and ensure ongoing Quality Improvement monitoring
• Ensure current standards are met and the skills and educational needs of staff are met
• Oversee clinic operations, including schedules, staffing, quality, and patient complaints
• Ensure safe patient care is provided by qualified, competent, patient care staff

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a BSN required
• Master's Degree in nursing or a closely related degree is highly preferred
• Licensed and Registered Nurse in New York State
• Minimum of 3 years in a management role
• Minimum of 5 years of hospital or clinic experience required

We offer attractive compensation ($95,000-$115,000+) depending upon experience, with comprehensive benefits including Profit Sharing Plan, Medical, 401(k), Long-Term Disability, Transportation Plan, Generous Paid Vacations, and Holidays. This location also qualifies for student loan repayment through the national health service corps.
