Senior Power Generation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Generation Engineer to lead our power generation projects. As a key member of our Infrastructure Engineering - Power team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing power generation systems.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead the design and engineering of gas-fired and hybrid power generation systems, including feasibility studies and technical assessments.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and client requirements.
- Contract Management: Manage technical aspects of contract negotiations, engineering designs, and multi-contract delivery coordination.
- Project Execution: Appoint and collaborate with consultants/Owners Engineers to conduct feasibility studies and project development activities up to Financial Investment Decision (FID).
- Commissioning and Testing: Support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of power generation systems, optimizing efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.

Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or power engineering.
- Experience: Proven experience in power generation engineering, with a focus on design, development, and project execution.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge and recent industry experience with the design, procurement, and installation of power generation technologies, particularly gas turbines (aeroderivative and heavy industrial) as well as gas reciprocating engines.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in power generation software tools, such as Thermoflow, is advantageous.
