A motorcycle service technician plays a vital role in the success of our business by ensuring vehicles are serviced to a high standard, on time and within budget.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized motorcycle service technician to join our team. As a service technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs and diagnosing faults on motorcycles.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing and repairing motorcycles to a high standard
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with customers

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Previous experience working in a workshop environment is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Motor Mechanics or equivalent qualification and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also require a valid driver's license and be physically fit to perform the demands of the job.
