About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Trainee Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities
Requirements
  • Must be at least 17 years old
  • Must have a permanent right to work in Australia
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment
  • Must be willing to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • Must have a valid Working with Children Check
  • Must have proof of immunization against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis)
