**Operations Leadership Role:**

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to join our team.

**Job Description:**

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple teams, growing staff, and implementing technology solutions. They will oversee daily operations, directing production to meet customer requirements, and aligning production with customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage estimating, purchasing, administration, invoicing, dispatch, and production schedules
  • Direct the office, ensuring efficient production and timely delivery of goods to customers
  • Liaise with sales/clients, manage schedules and planning, and run weekly meetings with department heads

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent leadership skills, experience managing multiple teams, and growing staff
  • Great task setting and follow-through skills, assertive and confident
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills, good with numbers and details, and proficient in computer-based programs

**Technical Skills:**

  • Microsoft Office Suite - Focus on Excel
  • Dolphin - Estimating Software
  • Attache - Accounting Software
  • ArtiosCAD - Basic function to check sizes
