Technical Infrastructure Director

Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager for a 12-month engagement to lead complex infrastructure and telecommunications projects.
- Deliver multiple physical infrastructure projects simultaneously, including Fibre Optic network deployment, data centre upgrades, and exchange rebuilds.
- Manage the project lifecycle from design and construction to testing and final handover to operations.
- Oversee project finances, forecasting, tracking, and providing regular status reports to executive governance.
- Coordinate internal resources, third parties, and external vendors.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and interdependencies.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- 5-10 years of experience in technical project management with a focus on Fibre Optic, cable, and construction projects.
- Proven experience managing vendors both onshore and offshore.
- Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and financial management skills.
