About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our SHEIKE team in Burwood. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team of stylists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a customer-centric approach to sales and customer service, ensuring every interaction is exceptional and inclusive.
  • Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver a high-energy and compelling customer experience.
  • Work closely with your Store Manager to identify areas of opportunity and drive business growth.
  • Manage and achieve sales, profit targets, and budgets, while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence.
  • Develop and coach your team to foster their growth and development, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Be a strong communicator, able to lead, coach, and influence others to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in fashion retail as an Assistant Store Manager.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow and work in partnership with your Store Manager.
  • Exceptional customer service and styling skills.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business.
  • Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business.
