About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to join our team at Davidson. This role will play a key part in the commercial and strategic management of all non-residential customers across Tasmania.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage technical and customer-facing expertise to drive business outcomes.
- Manage complex pricing and contractual agreements with high-profile customers.
- Lead trade waste reforms and transformations, ensuring regulatory compliance and environmental sustainability.
- Provide strategic advice to stakeholders within Davidson and externally.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical and customer-facing teams.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, including with government, regulatory, and industry stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of trade waste and hazardous materials management.
- Strategic mindset for long-term account management of commercial and industrial customers.
