We are seeking a skilled procurement specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective and efficient contracting support to our project.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the development and preparation of relevant tender documentation;
- Establishing and coordinating contract-related processes and protocols;
- Coordination of document reviews, including trade package reviews;
- Preparing briefs, agendas, minutes, contract management documentation, and reports to stakeholders within required deadlines;
- Monitoring and reviewing procurement and contract administration processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing best practices;
- Participating in contract management activities such as pre and post tender meetings, contract monitoring, financial payments, progress payments, reporting, and record management;
- Providing specialist advice, direction, and assistance on procurement and contract management practices to project members.
