Livestock Producer Advocate

Job Role:

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical guidance and support to livestock producers, collaborating closely with the Livestock Production team.
• Establish strong relationships with new and existing clients, suppliers, and industry experts to drive sales growth and business development.
• Ensure clients use optimal products to maximise productivity and profitability, and provide seasonal product forecasting support.
• Support local field days, newsletters, and community events to promote the business and build customer relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact in Cooma for key livestock production clients regarding product pricing and customer orders, supply, and logistics.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for livestock production and a commitment to helping farmers achieve better outcomes.
• Excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A forklift license (or willingness to obtain).
