Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Perth, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform line maintenance and defect rectification on REX/Pel-Air Perth network aircraft
* Provide remote port rescue support for REX/Pel-Air Perth network aircraft
* Participate in aircraft recovery when necessary
* Assist with RAMP operations and stock control of aircraft parts and tools
* Gain a SAAB type rating and participate in type course
* Obtain an ASIC and airside driver's license

Requirements:

* Full category license coverage and valid company approval for B1 engine run and taxi approval
* Ability to work a flexible 38-hour work week plus additional hours as required
* Availability for call-outs on weekends as required
* High level of engineering skill and fault finding ability
* SAAB knowledge desirable but not essential
* Ability to gain an ASIC and airside driver's license
* Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
* A high level of motivation with a team-focused work ethic
