Key Retail Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious retail professional to lead our team in enhancing showroom and product displays.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing planograms and ensuring the showroom presentation is of a high standard.

  • Create engaging and stimulating shopping experiences for customers
  • Develop and demonstrate effective leadership abilities

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a safe working environment
  • Prior experience working in large format retail stores focusing on displays, planograms, and promotions
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Strong leadership abilities and ambition
  • Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday or as discussed with the Manager
  • Possession of a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
  • Passion for the automotive industry and Repco products

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and climb.
