We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at First Grammar Belmore. This exciting opportunity will see you work with children aged 0-5 years, providing a high-quality learning environment that fosters their growth and development.

Job Description:
Role SummaryThe successful applicant will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to design and implement programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
- Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications- Diploma qualification in Children's Services (ACECQA approved).
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an early childhood setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance.
- First Aid certificate.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
