The brand has been adopted by diverse groups, celebrities, musicians, and free-thinking individuals over the past six decades – each redefining the boots and shoes to suit their personal needs, attitudes, and identities.

We seek a seasoned retail leader to join our team at the Dr. Martens Highpoint store as Assistant Store Manager. This role involves supporting the Store Manager in leading a passionate team of sales associates and fostering lasting relationships within the group.

  • Drive your team to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
  • Monitor store sales closely to attain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets – recognize outstanding achievements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Effectively manage store wage costs, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.

This position requires demonstrated experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC with a proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets.
