Service Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at James Frizelle`s Automotive Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, providing a welcoming and professional experience for our guests.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless vehicle service and timely completion.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints with prompt and effective solutions.
  • Offer accurate estimates for additional work or repairs, ensuring transparency and trust with our customers.
  • Be a champion of objections, finding positive outcomes for our customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, embracing opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain high customer service standards, meeting and exceeding our benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role, such as banking or real estate.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A proactive and professional approach, with a focus on appearance and presentation.
  • Experience working in a department with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is highly desirable.
  • Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • Ability to sell additional work and overcome objections, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • A passion for creating memorable customer experiences and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A willingness to work autonomously, yet thrive in a team environment, valuing our company culture.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, with a humble approach to mistakes and a strong focus on customer experiences.
