Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically capable Drillers Offsider/Assistant to join our team at Redfield Resources. As a key member of our drilling operations team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our drillers and ensuring the smooth operation of our drill rigs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rod Handling and Maintenance: Assist drillers with rod handling, rig maintenance, and other general operations duties.
  • Sample Collection and Equipment Cleaning: Bag samples and clean equipment to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Drilling Operations Support: Provide support to drilling operations, including mobilization and demobilization of drill rigs from sites.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to lift up to 40kgs.
  • Residency and Travel: Must reside in Perth, WA, and be willing to work on a FIFO basis from Perth Airport.
  • Experience and Certifications: Previous experience in a physically demanding position, HR Driver's Licence (preferable), and current National Police Clearance (within 6 months).
  • Medical and Safety Requirements: Must be able to pass a comprehensive re-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
