About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major capital project at our Wagerup Refinery. The project involves selecting and installing an electric boiler, and you will be responsible for managing the project through its early stages of design, supplier selection, engineering, installation, and go-live.

You will lead a team to deliver the scope of works, ensuring excellent stakeholder engagement with site and the leadership team throughout. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled project manager who is passionate about delivering complex projects.

What you can bring to the role:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A degree in engineering, ideally electrical.
• Experience in installations, tie-ins, and power studies.
• A track record of working in major projects, delivering end-to-end brownfield projects.
• Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills.
• Strong front-end design experience.
• A collaborative and engaging leadership style.
