We are seeking a professional and passionate individual to fill the role of an After Hours Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive team environment and make a real difference in the lives of patients and residents.
The successful candidate will assume operational management responsibility and oversight of all nursing areas, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include supervision of staff, site management, and hands-on care of patients and residents. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Maldon Hospital is a small campus situated in the picturesque town of Maldon, Victoria.
As an After Hours Manager, you will have the opportunity to work across all aspects of the hospital, from clinical care to site management. You will be part of a very rewarding and autonomous position with a supportive team of staff.
