About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Care Worker. In this role, you will provide direct care to residents and assist them in daily living activities that meet their individual physical, spiritual, social, and cultural needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and physical and emotional support to residents who require assistance with daily living;
  • Participating in the development and review of resident/client care plans;
  • Maintaining the personal dignity and privacy of all residents, their representatives, and staff;
  • Supporting and assisting in the provision of a comfortable, safe, and secure environment;
  • Undertaking and completing tasks as delegated by Registered/Enrolled Nurse.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to our residents. You will have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Qualified Applicants) and be willing to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights across a 7-day week.
