Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team of experts in delivering innovative solutions to our clients. As a Business Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to analyze their needs, evaluate solutions, and implement the best approach to meet their requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding Local Government regulations and processes
  • Training users/clients on using software solutions
  • Testing configuration and troubleshooting issues
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver on requirements
  • Creating workflows or dashboards
  • Advising on system improvements
  • System configuration of Property & Rating Solutions
  • Preparing documents and reports
  • Providing post-implementation support
Requirements
  • Local Government experience is highly desirable
  • Experience within the Technology One Ci A Property & Rating Space or Infor Pathway
  • Experience working on Revenue / Rating and Compliance is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and can-do attitude
