Cleanliness Expert

We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Casual Housekeeping Supervisor. In partnership with park management, you'll lead the housekeeping team and be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of room cleanliness in line with industry expectations.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating cleaning schedules and staff rosters, overseeing performance, supporting staff development, and assisting with recruitment. You'll also monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies, while leading by example to deliver exceptional guest service and handle enquiries efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating a clean and comfortable environment for guests. Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role is essential, along with strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.

You'll need excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and make decisions based on priorities and guest needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software is a must, as well as strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required. A current valid driver's license is also essential.

This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
