About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a memorable experience
  • Support your team to achieve sales and KPI goals
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained by receiving, restocking, and keeping shelves full
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Contribute to a positive team culture with a can-do attitude
What We're Looking For
  • Full availability from October to mid-January, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
  • Retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivation and goal-driven mindset
  • Openness to learning, feedback, and self-improvement
