Job Title: Senior Cost Manager
Job Description:
Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager to join their team. As a Senior Cost Manager, you will be responsible for leading the cost management team and ensuring that all MEP-related costs are accurately estimated, monitored, and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the cost management team and provide strategic direction to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop detailed cost plans and budgets for MEP components at all stages of the project.
- Implement effective cost control measures to track actual expenditures against budget and identify variances.
- Collaborate with design teams to optimize MEP designs for cost efficiency and practicality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all MEP cost-related matters.
- Prepare and present detailed cost reports to project stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP cost management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software such as CostX, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
