About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Communications Program Manager to join our team in a part-time capacity, working 3 days a week in a hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute internal communications strategies for Corporate Markets activities, including employee emails, town halls, and intranet content.
  • Support the CEO and HR Director in creating and delivering communications for key events and change management activities.
  • Manage external communications for Australia and New Zealand, including press releases and social media content.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for communication enhancements and support the delivery of objectives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications within professional services or finance industries.
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism, advertising, marketing, or related fields.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into engaging communications.
Salary Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
