Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Radiologist with expertise in Interventional Radiology to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a medical professional to provide specialized care and work collaboratively with other healthcare experts.

  • Duties:
  • Provide Interventional Radiology services through two Siemens Artis Q equipped interventional suites.
  • Offer a range of body interventional radiology procedures, including interventional oncology, diagnostic neuroangiography, and endovascular treatment for ischemic stroke.
  • Attend interdisciplinary rounds and after hours/on-call services (approximately 1 in 6).

Requirements:

Candidates must hold Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada certification in Radiology (FRCPC) and be eligible for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in endovascular treatment for ischemic stroke (or willingness to learn) and holding an Interventional Radiology fellowship are considered assets.
