About the Role

The Rental and Studio Assistant will provide technical, practical, and administrative support to clients and team members in our SUNSTUDIOS Studio division. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage customer assets, including equipment and studio spaces
  • Provide customer-facing support within our rental and studio department, including taking phone and walk-in enquiries and bookings
  • Prepare and service equipment for shoots, including deliveries and setup
  • Liaise with studio clients and team members to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform administrative tasks, including quoting, processing payments, and invoicing
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for video and photography. Key skills and experience include:

  • Knowledge of cinema equipment and processes
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a team player
  • Great attention to detail
  • Driver's license is a must
