We are seeking a skilled Family Law Paralegal to join our team at Empire Group. As a Family Law Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Directors and team in the preparation and management of court documents, client communication, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and preparation of court documents
  • Dealing with clients and providing exceptional customer service
  • Uploading documents to the Portal
  • Trial preparation and preparation of Briefs to Counsel
  • Billings and diary management
  • Organising meetings and general admin duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years Family Law Paralegal or Family Law Legal Assistant experience
