We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team at Conexson, a leading specialist Disability & Aged Care staffing agency. As a Registered Nurse with Conexson, you will have the opportunity to work with our Residential Aged Care clients, providing safe and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify care needs, and develop strategies to address them
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed
- Document patient progress, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes

- Competitive hourly rate of $115.70, plus Superannuation, penalty rates, and Employee Benefits
- Morning, afternoon, and night shifts available, with flexible scheduling options

- Current AHPRA registration
- Valid driver's license
