Job Title: Package Handler

About the Job:

As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for safely loading and unloading packages scheduled for pickups and deliveries. You will verify the correctness and completeness of consignments during pickups and deliveries. Additionally, you will consult with dispatching to determine the best route for timely delivery or pickup.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Loading and unloading packages in a safe and efficient manner
  2. Verifying the correctness and completeness of consignments during pickups and deliveries
  3. Consulting with dispatching to determine the best route for timely delivery or pickup
  4. Reporting progress or problems with deliveries or pickups via cell phone

Requirements:

  • Experience in handling packages and ensuring their safe transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
